Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within [1] business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after [4] PM will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free shipping on all orders - 48hr tracked and signed for.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship to the EU; duties and taxes are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

  • We do not offer international shipping outside of the EU.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order using Royal Mail's tracking system: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at cs@faite.uk for assistance.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within [1] hour of placing it at cs@faite.uk.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not offer returns on any of our items.
